   These terms and conditions govern the use of our catering and event planning services. By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Confirmation
   All bookings must be confirmed in writing by email or via our official booking platform.
   A deposit of 20% of the amount is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   The final number of guests and menu selection must be confirmed no later than [insert time frame] prior to the event date.
3. Payments & Fees
   Full payment must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
   Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or other accepted methods.
   Late payments may result in additional fees or cancelation of services.
4. Cancelation & Refunds
   Cancelations made 24 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
   Cancelations made less than 24 hours prior to the event may receive a partial or no refund, depending on the costs incurred.
   Rebookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Food Safety & Allergies
   We take food safety seriously and adhere to strict hygiene standards.
   Customers must inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies or food preferences at least 24 hours prior to the event.
   Although we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that all products are free from allergens.
6. Venue requirements
   The customer is responsible for ensuring that the venue has suitable facilities for the catering service.
   Special arrangements, such as power supply, kitchen space or serving stations, must be discussed in advance.
7. Liability
   Cater and Events is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, power outages or problems caused by third party suppliers.
   The client is liable for any damage caused to our equipment during the event.
8. Intellectual property
   All content, including logos, images and menus on our website are the property of Cater and Events and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Force majeure
   We are not responsible for cancelations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes or government regulations.
10. Changes to terms and conditions
    Cater and Events reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
